Question How do you deal with stress?

Gamblings goes hand in hand with stress by definition
    you placing a bet,be that a blackjack hand,a soccer match,what ever
and after you place it you have zero power over the outcome

    that causes stress

so how do you deal with it?

i used to go hamam bath, where the temperature of the water was up to 41 degrees, really hot,
    and having sauna sessions

    both closed cos corona pandemic

now i m having a full body massage 2 times per week
i find it really releafing from the gambling stress

I wish you well, but I cannot relate. For me, blackjack is the stress release.

In fact I find myself needing to fake enthusiasm/frustration just to blend in.

Might I suggest that, if you are stressed about individual bets, then you are probably betting too much.
