What software can find possible card combinations?

As an example, for the blackjack side bet Blazing 7', the events, number of combinations, and probabilities for a 6-deck shoe are list as follows (Wins are based on the first two player cards and the dealer up card):

Three sevens in diamonds: 120; 0.0004%
    Three suited sevens: 360; 0.0012%
    Three colored sevens: 2160; 0.0072%
    Three sevens: 9504; 0.032%
    Two sevens: 158976; 0.53%
    One seven: 4285440; 14%
    Loser: 25623360; 85%

This situation is simple, so I can just calculate all these combinations by hand. For more complicated situations, however, I need a computer software to find them. For example, if I remove sixteen non-7 cards from this 6-deck shoe, how do I calculate all possible combinations in the new situation? Is there a software to calculate these? Thank you in advance.

The same way you did for the full, 312-card shoe, only this time with 296 cards and all 24 sevens present.

I take back the above! Don't do it the way you did it for a full shoe, since, apparently, almost all of your numbers are wrong!

But this is a lot of brain work and hand work. I really want a computer software to calculate these.

I changed the number and corrected the specifications too.

I searched online and studied a little. Then I discovered the Macros and VBE windows in Excel. I used them to list all of the card combinations. Yes, this definitely helps. Thank you.

I have tried excel for some time but found a problem. The maximum row number for an excel spreadsheet is about one million, which cannot even handle all of the 5-card combinations in one deck of cards, because C(52,5)=2,598,960. This is my headache.

I created this spreadsheet a while back. It may be of some help getting you started. Its programming is in VBA, so you will have to enable editing and enable content to get it to run.

Once you understand the code, you will see that it is easy to add a new side bet.

Here is a similar program for baccarat side bets:

Hello Dr. Jacobson. These spreadsheets are exactly what I need. Perfect! Although I am still learning about VBA, I've got some idea how multiple-million card combinations are handled. Your treatment of the card rank, suit, and color as all numerical values is brilliant. I say so because I treated them as strings and listed them all in one column of a spreadsheet. This often caused me to encounter the problem of reaching the maximum allowed row number. As I learn more about the VBA, I will definitely have more questions for you. I would like to learn more from you. Thank you so much for your kind help.

There are plenty of folks here besides myself you can learn from. Skilled programmers and mathematicians abound. Please don't ask me anything, I only check in here semi-occasionally. Thanks.
