What software can find possible card combinations?

As an example, for the blackjack side bet Blazing 7', the events, number of combinations, and probabilities for a 6-deck shoe are list as follows (Wins are based on the first two player cards and the dealer up card):

Three sevens in diamonds: 120; 0.0004%
    Three suited sevens: 360; 0.0012%
    Three colored sevens: 2160; 0.0072%
    Three sevens: 9504; 0.032%
    Two sevens: 158976; 0.53%
    One seven: 4285440; 14%
    Loser: 25623360; 85%

This situation is simple, so I can just calculate all these combinations by hand. For more complicated situations, however, I need a computer software to find them. For example, if I remove sixteen non-7 cards from this 6-deck shoe, how do I calculate all possible combinations in the new situation? Is there a software to calculate these? Thank you in advance.
