Still wondering if anyone has done this in MI yet, and what documentation you had to go through. Very little mention of this on any forums. I did find this tidbit.

Try to open a second checking account at the same bank. I worked for a shady employer years ago. The terms of my contract were that I would forfeit 3 months pay under certain circumstances (like leaving before my contract was up, etc).. I opened a separate checking account at my bank to get that paycheck deposited into. Obviously, no overdraft protection or anything like that. As soon as my check was deposited, I moved the money out. I did this so that they couldn't ACH the "penalty" out of me.. I use that account now for paypal and other stuff I consider risky and only keep about $100-200 in it at any time.
It might be legal to ban card counting online. I am not a lawyer, but I had a friend that played video blackjack at our casino, and he was bragging about how he used a phone app
to help him count. Of course, he didn't realize that counting against video blackjack is pointless, that's why the casino never said anything to him.
On online blackjack, there's nothing to stop someone from having a team with computers that tracks every card and gives the best bet and advice for hit/stand.
(as far as I know, which is not much).. I'm just saying, it might be reasonable for them to have this clause. I'm not defending the casinos.
