For a certain Risk of Ruin, is it possible that my bankroll is too small to justify utilizing an ideal bet spread given my purportedly high advantage for the 3 hands?

You wish! Your total win was $1.15. The total amount bet is (37 x $10) + (3 x $20) = $430. $1.15/$430 = 0.267%. Not very impressive.

Clearly, as I mentioned, you have to be betting much more on the hands where you have the large edge. I can't comment on ROR, as you never made any mention of the size of your bankroll.
