Thank you, I thought it was him, yes he also wrote about peeing in the ice bucket. He is very knowledgeable on the game of blackjack.

They would take it out and reshuffle or replace the card.

About what I expected for that no barring city. Ken Uston, would have been better off if he lost his case.

Of course you have to have a lot of time on your hands and have as your goal to try your best to screw the casino, rather than make money for yourself. Kind of fun, though, no? See how many simultaneous shoes you can force them to cut 1/6.

Well...how about this?...way back when the Taj Mahal was run by Trump I was a notorious shuffle tracker...the AC casino pit bosses used to call me Mr. Shuffle Tracker...I was with a gal on holiday and we tried playing the Taj...I put out a minimum bet of $5 on the first hand of the shoe, played it and then the dealer broke the shoe...needless to say I complained and was told that the casino would deal me only one hand...we wasted the casino's time/money by playing 2 hours at that table, one hand every shoe...to the amusement of the crowd of ploppies watching... but it was a lovely sunny day on the Boardwalk...so we gave up...
