When you know how to drive a Volkswagen, you don’t need to go learn the mechanical differences, read the manual to drive a Ferrari.
There are two different audiences for a BJ book. BJA is on one end, meeting the needs of a variety of readers versus the books that are more specifically for the players, not the mathmeticians and historians and encompassing a lot of info that the average player may not need. His is for the pros but there are a hell of a recreational and part time players.
I have learned far more from BJA only because I get interested in something on this forum and Don points out chapter and page where I can find it in BJA3.
