My mischieving friend will report this to PA gaming commission.

[Edited/delete question.] Someone messaged me that most PA casinos did not change rules recently. So my question is answered. The new casino not allowing players to surrender is a special case. Probably because they are new and not familiar with PA rules.

Unlike most states, PAs rules are public...LS is a rule, so unless that casino filed an amendment, they must be followed....so your friend may have a case

Having said that, it's a sucker bet, unless, of course, you know what you are doing....which eliminates 99.9% of players

Brand new casinos = brand new dealers & pit....so many other opportunities I wouldn't sweat it

    Good luck

My neighbor friend's kid. Both son and dad are AP. But dad is one of two people who don't believe my clumping theory or at least have some doubt thus seeking hand shuffled game first. He insisted that hand-shuffled and ASM make no difference and kept playing ASM only for more hands per hour. Just before Covid 19 hit, his bankroll got completely wiped out. He said about 80% of his sessions are losing ones in the past two years. I have checked his plays to play at the same table. His index plays are OK. Told him to scale down spread or play lower limit table as BR dwindled. But he won't listen. He said God is helping him by wiping out his bankroll because casinos are dangerous. We all live in the same block.

I can accept my friends having different opinions than mine. Actually I was in the opposite camp before 2014. And I have other AP presented similar clumping theory to me before we are familiar enough with each other for me to have a talk on this topic. So I know I am not alone.

In my jurisdiction of domicile, most rules are set in stone, but certain others are at stores discretion.

Not on this forum and this page....you can’t discuss possibilities or why you came to a conclusion about clumping or ASM’s,....no hard evidence, no discussion.

In Greensburg, PA, not Philly. It is on Interstate 70/76.

Been there - not lately though. Normally stay in Union Town when out that way. So, if I say surrender, they will tell me no? Thanks

My friend's son went there on the opening day. He said so. Also confirmed by my other friend. So I think no surrender for this particular PA casino. If people have updated information, you are welcome to post here.
