No, on the contrary. We’re far more knowledgeable on US geography, far more civilized as well than the plethora of intellectually challenged rednecks populating much of the land south of the 49th down to the Rio Grande - Eh!

You certainly have your share between BC and ON. Guess the sun isn't strong enough to call them rednecks. Do you call them pinknecks?

No, mostly petzels, but you’re off on your geography. Most of the petzels are in Quebec with a generous portion in Ontario, especially in the Ottawa Ont and Hull PQ area, Separated only by a bridge and a river.

Been there and had Beaver Tails there.

Never heard the term petzel. Pas de la poutine?

I always had a preference for Western Canadian Beaver, from my earliest recollections. The waft of Regional Beavers permeating summer evening air was titillating to the soul. I noted a distinct difference between the waft of our Regional Beaver against Beaver scent south of the 49th.

You’ve never heard the term - petzel. It’s Yiddish slang. Don will even confirm that it’s spelled right.

Perhaps another cross border grammatical difference. Both spellings are acceptable. By the way, our Rabbi said he was increasing his UJA pledge.

He said, and I quote “I upped my pledge, up yours”.

How are the tax on winnings enforced exactly? Can you rat hole? Can you refuse to cash out and keep chips or would you still be taxed per session? A recent guest on GWAE was interviewed about central america play and he said there are sometimes ways around the tax.

That's what I'm trying to find out! ;-)

Yesterday in one casino they told me, that every session you won, you have to pay taxes, no matter if you're winning in total or not.
In another casino they told me, that you have only to have pay taxes when winning in total. So let's say, you lost one day $1000 and next day you win $500... so I don't have to pay taxes for this $500. And if I win another $700, then I only have to pay taxes from the $200 winnings. Like this for me it's considerable playing there.

If I can go home with the chips.. hmm... I was thinking about that as well. I'm not sure about it.

Today I'll go to 2-4 more casinos in Mexico-City to find out the rules and how much taxes (if i have to pay) to pay and how it works. I guess in whole Mexico-City you pay taxes... but I'll find out.
