European - No Hole Card Game, Deviations, Card counting

Hello! I'am a beginner BJ player from Slovakia, we have ENHC game normally with set of rules like: s17, DAS, No surrender, Double on any 2 cards, resplit - max 4 hands (Aces as well), 1 card to resplit Aces. Deck pen is around 65%. I'm quite confused about deviation indexes, are they same for our game? (e.g. Illustrious 18) Is it favorable to take insurance when the TC is +3 ?? What are the indexes for:
splitting A,A against dealer A, doubling 11 against dealers 10 and A, splitting 8,8 against dealers 10 and A. These are the subtle differences in our BS charts. I couldn't find any deviation chart for our ENHC game. Thank you for any advices!!!!! <3

Yes, you still take insurance at +3

You will never Split AA vs A
You will Double 11 vs 10 at +4
You will never Split 88 vs 10 or A
