    What tribal sovereignty?...mureder and execution.

    I hear on these threads that Tribal sovereignty is reason to fear....Apparently it’s not as I thought..

    Norm, if you think it’s political, remove the thread, please don’t ban me.

    The murderer was a Navajo, the murder occurred on Navaho land, the families of victims and the Navaho nation don’t want him executed but Uncle Sam gonna do it anyway..

    The person that was killed in the Indian Reservation part of the "White" population? Obviously, this is a question.
