Hopefully they get fined big-time and/or shut down.

Is there a law on the books that requires casinos to enforce people wearing masks ?

Or is it just an order ?

"The Gaming Control Board has never shied away from its duty to strictly regulate licensed gaming..."

What an absurd statement. The see-no-evil, hear-no-evil casino puppets on the Board will do what they do best -- nothing.

True, but I believe this is different. It's one thing to turn a blind eye from letting casinos do what they do - separate suckers from their money. It's another when it involved a health crisis.
    I hope I'm right.

I hope you're right too, but I don't share your optimism, if that's the right word for it. Note that the three cases are against tiny dumps with probably not enough money or the will to fight the state. I might be inclined to share a little bit of hope if they went after some larger fish. I have not set foot in a casino since the pandemic, but reports from people I trust indicate that mask enforcement even in the big Las Vegas stores is hit or miss at best.

Yes, they will get a "slap on the wrist" fine, but be certain, the Gaming Commission is here to support the $1 Billion a month (in normal times) in casino revenue. If you don't believe that, then try to take an individual case to them. I have personally been denied the ability to cash a $5K chip and had the chip confiscated and given a "receipt". They are NOT player advocates.
Luck is nothing more than probability taken personally!

The casinos don’t really care about people’s health. They have zero ethics. It’s one of the reasons I have no guilt hole carding. They will get a fine and it’s Bussines as usual.
