It's truly hard to figure out what side you're on or what's going through that thick skull of yours. Exactly what is it that you're advocating? That we not believe anything we're being told and that we resume our normal way of life? You first. Be my guest. If not, stop bitching about Fauci. You ought to kiss the ground he walks on.

I'm on MY side and I can't act in MY own best interest when a bunch of jacklegs give out bad information.

I'm advocating that I be told the truth so I can determine what is an acceptable level of risk "for my play". I don't need so called experts flip flopping on their opinions about what are and are not effective personal risk mitigators, or moving the goal posts regarding what is an acceptable level of risk for society as a whole.

Here's an idea Don, how about not putting words in my mouth that are an absurd extreme when you already know what protocols I follow; there are different levels of risk with COVID and what might be an acceptable level of risk for one person might not be for another...just like in blackjack. It's up to each of us to decide for ourselves what level of risk is acceptable. You want to eliminate your risk? Then don't play the game of life, stay locked up and isolated; that's not an acceptable option for me.

I'm all for it. Go out, mix, have fun. Go back to the casinos. The governors of their states are saying they ought to be fine now. Have at it. Fauci? What does he know? Does it ever occur to you that recommendations can change as information changes and becomes clearer? Or, back in the beginning of March, did you want everyone to have a crystal clear view of what was going to happen and how to handle it?

New York handled this better than any other state in the country and continues to do so. And how did Cuomo accomplish this? By following the science. And whose science was it? The guy who forgets more about the virus every second of his life than you'll ever dream to know.

There's only one reason why masks weren't recommended at the beginning. Concern that those treating patients wouldn't be able to get masks as the selfish and stupid gobble up all the supply. Look what happened with toilet paper, and this wasn't even a gastrointestinal illness necessitating more TP than usual.

Hah! New York handled it better than any other state my ass. Cuomo forced nursing homes to take back infected residents from hospitals causing the virus to spread to those most at risk...so much for listening to science.

I'm going to let you have the last word. Trying to have an intelligent conversation with you is like talking to my shoe -- except that my shoe is quite a bit brighter. I long ago concluded that your only reason for being on this forum is to provoke. You otherwise have nothing to offer and have been previously banned for your anti-social behavior and your asinine, juvenile memes. I wonder if, in all your time on this board, anyone has ever labeled a single post of yours the least bit helpful.

Happy to be done with you.

Don, I know you don't like me and think I'm stupid, but you can't dispute the CDC Data and you know their data is not stupid...New York is far from the best.

All you have to do learn the truth is click on the link and see for yourself.

    https://www.cdc.gov/covid-data-tracker/#cases

    As of 07/08/2020:

    Case Rate per 100,000
    Hawaii 69
    Montana 129.1
    Alaska 160.6
    W Virginia 194.1
    Vermont 200.2
    * New York 1622

    Death Rate per 100,000
    Hawaii 1.3
    Montana 2.2
    Alaska 2.3
    Wyoming 3.5
    Oregon 5.2
    *New York 78.2

P.S. You'll never be done with me, you can't help yourself.

P.S.S. I've been rated helpful 81 out of 178 times.

I know it's fun for all of you to "get even" (although you've got a long way to go!), and I'm great with that. I shouldn't have any typos at all, but we're all human.

Finally, I want you to know that I never correct others' typos. I try to correct only people who appreciate learning and who have made a language mistake and not just a simple typo, as the latter errors are legion. But please do continue to point out typos to me when you find them. I still strive to make my posts perfect from a language point of view and appreciate the feedback.

Anyone who has been on here understands your predilection to teach people proper grammar. Over the years, it's humorous and insightful. And I kind of have learned your dry sense of humor. Of course, when tables turned there is some irony there for sure. I think you also do it to drive people BACK to the "purported" main subject matter of the board..........which is Blackjack and Casino conditions, no matter how many threads get derailed. Keep being you Don!
