The link to the following cnn graph/article is quite interesting. Many countries that allow foreign visitors will not allow US visitors. The Canadian US border remains closed to non commercial traffic.

Unfortunately, several countries like Serbia and even Switzerland had strongly decreased cases till mid of June, then opened bars, clubs, mass events and borders too early, and since then the case numbers have strongly increased again. Some countries did not require masks in public transport and shops, but now introduce it and will maybe sharpen the countermeasures again, just because of some stupid party people hanging around in masses as if nothing had happened. But they don't close the clubs, nor requiring people to wear masks there. Only in public transport, despite the fact that it has been proven by contact tracing that the clubs and bars were the problem. Some people even travelled to Serbia, partied there, came back and spread their shit in other countries in bars and clubs. Unbelievable.
