    Henderson Games

Hello guys, it's been quite a few years since ive done BJ. Anyways I recently found some free time in Henderson area. I'll be scouting around for the first time in this neighborhood, but wondering if any of these way smaller casinos who offer $3-5 min 3:2 games is even worth any time.

I typically am happy to spread $15 to 1 or 2 x $300 while playing side games, if i can get away with it for a few shoes.

Basically will I get booted in a few mins at these small joints doing such? Will they tolerate?

For those not too familiar, henderson is about 30 mins drive from the strip. So if play is possible here without "strip" that'd be ideal

    TIA

Still looking for place(s) that will allow $25 to $150 spread on DD, or $15 to $300+ on shoe while tombingstoning without heat.

Managed to put in some play time today. But wasn't ideal. Found some station/smaller casinos that didn't even offer BJ, or it was video BJ..

Willing to pay finders fee or swap info with my hidden gem(s) in California. I won't be burning games, as I will be living in LV for 1 year + (deciding if permanently or not).

I played BJ at South Point Hotel Casino. They had a lot of double deck games. Is this close to Henderson?

Don't play at the Southpoint. It's one of the sweatiest joints in town. If you last more than 15 minutes, you're doing something wrong.

@Aceside - how long was your session? If you played it for like 30-60 mins. Then either there's hope of a PB shift that is more lax in the back offs, or your game is either next level cover. Or ineffective o.o""

I believe south is 30 mins from me.

I think I could work in 30 minute DD games / 1-2 HR shoes on a rotation since I really don't wanna poker grind.

I played two sessions in one day, each for two hours. First one was a loss, but second one was a win. I believe they have the best games in LV but their lighting was very bright.

This would make sense. Jackie Gaughan's son Michael owns this joint, and of course the Gaughans owned and ran the El Cortez, pretty much the sweatiest joint in Vegas, for decades.

Just out of curiosity, what's "tombingstoning"?

    vegaskid,

"Tombingstoning" means staying at the table for a very long time, so that you come to resemble a tombstone.

    Hope this helps!

Or, we might, of course, be talking about "tombstoning"!
