    Forfeiture laws...

    The Arizona House Judiciary Committee just passed a very good civil asset forfeiture reform bill that would require convictions before most forfeitures. [redacted politics]

    Norm, hope you don’t ban me because it’s not meant to be political. Forfeitures have come up before..
