After a call in, the BP approaches the table underwater with snorkel and flippers!

Right you are Midwest Player, however, 21forme was the first to identify the country. So congratulations to both.

It is a theme table that is part of the Jewel Casino at the Iririki Island Resort and Spa near Port Vila, Vanuatu.

Thanks! Being a geography buff, that was fun. I did use google, but not to identify individual casinos. I used Norm's hint about no Covid as of 2 days before the post, in combination knowing the OP is in Australia, so S. Pacific or Indian Ocean was likely (also based on what the water looked like). I found an article that listed Covid stats in the S. Pacific. There were only 3 or 4 islands/countries that had no cases. Out of those, 2 of them didn't have any casinos. QED... I could not find the pic that MWP found, so my choice was an educated guess. The other possibility was Saipan, which had one suspected case, but not confirmed.

Too much work. I just Googled "blackjack table water" and images. It's the fourth image.

I had a little bit of free time yesterday, so no problem doing it the hard way.

Instead of backing you off, they just drown you, float down the bay with a chip in hand..

The main problem is that when the dealer washes the brand-new decks, the cards stay wet for several shoes.

You can't see it, because it's on the other side of the dealer, but he has a hair dryer there.

Norm's way is the way I did it. I knew I had to find the image. If I found the image there would be more information with it. I Googled "Playing Blackjack in the Water", but instead of having the search set to all, I set the search to images. It was the second picture that came up. Then just click on the picture.

That was a fun activity, Dave. I think I could post a few local photos and bamboozle everyone on this forum!

Edit: Does anyone know the rules?
