Will Casinos tighten up or loosen up after reopening due to the Covid-19 thing?

Some woman told me the day the last day the Casino was open that she thinks when the Casino reopens they will tighten the hell out of the machines in order to "Get back," the lost revenue. from being closed temporarily. "They're going to want their money back they lost due to being closed very quickly!" Was her reasoning.

I think it will be the OPPOSITE. They will LOOSEN the slots to romance and entice the Gamblers after a long time of no play. Think about it. Casino Staff would piss off their Gamblers if the Gamblers waited say from March 18-April 18 to be able to play again and continously lost their money due to purposely tight machines. Congratulations, you as the Casino Staff pissed off Gamblers who waited an ENTIRE month just to lose their money big time on tight slots! That's when your Gamblers would boycott lamd based Casinos and go play Online or play Lottery. You lose money due to the Boycotts.

Now if you give LOOSE machines, the Gamblers will play more because they are winning MORE and are HAPPY. They tend to play more because they feel "Rich,". If they jyst lose lose lose, you get paid once and then no more. But if they win more you get paid lots of times since they feel they are now rich. Case in point. Some guy won $500,000 on a $5 Megabucks Machine or something like that. He ended up having a big blast with it in the Casino and ended up losing EVERY dollar of that $500,000 in the same Casino. IIRC he admitted he played recklessly after he got the $500,000 win since he felt he had beaten The Casino.

If he had consistently LOST his bankroll money he would have quickly boycotted The Casino in theory. But because he won big, he put that won money back into the Casino. Another guy admitted he won $20,000 on a Friday on a loose machine on a $5 bet and on Saturday he went back to the Casino and gave back $19,000 of it because he felt he had "Beaten the Casino,"

See? Letting Gamblers win big by loosening up machines will in turn get them to play recklessly, feel like they "Beat the Casino," and end up guving all or most back. So I feel that the Casinos will LOOSEN up the machines in order to get Gamblers to win more, get happy and reckless and give back all or most because they feel like they "Beat the Casino.

As Casino Staff, would ou rather get paid big time once or get paid lityle by little lots of times? (Getting paid little by little lots of times is the choice I personally would go with)

Your handle says it all. You are, of course, dreaming. You simply don't understand casino mentality and certainly not the cretins who run casinos.

Okay, I assume you think they would tighten up machibes in order to get the lost revenue back like the woman thought.

i would guess the casino don't want to tightened too fast cause if player's don't win they just don't want to play any more eventually. Especially the new players

You seem to agree with me that Casinos would NOT want to tighten up machines.

They will loosen up! Not so much on the rules or the odds but on the free stuf and promos, etc.

I don't think so. Casinos are idiots! Depending on how far the get on the free stuff. For an AP that don't play $300 minimum tables those free stuffs and promos doesn't equate to that much.

...... And if you really believe that, I've got some swampland down south that I'd like to sell to you, real cheap. You're dreaming if you think otherwise, imo.

Sorry but I'm not of this opinion at all. A lot of free stuff can be offered with min bets of $50 and in many places $25.

Yes, free stuff can be offered with min bets of $25 and $50 bets, what I am saying those free stuff and promos are not as lucrative compare to playing a higher limit table like $300 minimum. To me lucrative means flying me from the east coast to west coast every trip in a private plane and together with free room, food and beverage.

I know what you mean, but you understand that a free bet of $75 is important for a $25 player as is a $25 free meal.

Why are you laughing? Or maybe the casino can pay for my $90,000 luxury vacation to Antarctica.
