Yes, you divide by decks remaining, even if there are fewer than one deck remaining. A simple trick that some people may not think of, is to remember the inverse or w/e it's called, so it's easier to multiply than divide. IE:
0.25 remain: Multiply by 4
0.33 remain: Multiply by 3
0.5 remain: Multiply by 2
0.66 remain: Multiply by 1.5 (or add half the RC to itself).
0.75 remain: Multiply by 1.33 (or 4/3 or add one third the RC to itself).
You can also figure it out for more than 1 deck, the equivalent mult/divide amount....although you would probably have enough experience that it's just second nature anyway. But if you're in a really high count with a weird amount of decks remaining, it can be useful. Especially something like if there are 2.5 decks remaining with an RC of 18, you probably don't do that division frequently....but in this case you'd multiply by 4 (or easier, multiply by 2 twice) and move the decimal, so you end up with a TC of 7.2 (or 7 rounded).
