Since this is Mexico game changed over night. No RSA. Also put in a plastic device over the show when you cut the cards. either front, middle or deck. Deep penteration is gone more like 1 and 1/2 cut.

I’ve seen that game, it’s pretty crap by Mexican standards. Everywhere else in the country you can find prime HL Vegas rules (6D S17 DAS RSA LS 80% pen) sometimes even ES...

And there’s an easy ish way to circumvent the winnings tax, just sell your chips for cash to players that ran dry at the table. Toke the dealer and they will turn a blind eye... supervisors get a cut of the tips there too.

    AngryCounter,

I'm confused by your advice: why would some random player, say Bob, want to buy $500 in chips from you rather than from the casino?

Say Bob ends up breaking even. If he had bought his chips from the house, then he would not be taxed since he had no winnings. However, if he had bought his chips from you, wouldn't he be taxed on the whole $500? Why would Bob prefer to buy from you?

Ha yes...I love when they put a cover over the "show". That gives me a ton of information about the casino, and what I can get away with lol.

Because most players are hot heads that can’t be bothered to wait 5 min until a pit person goes to the cage to get them chips for their cash... Since they are ploppies, they lose all their money so they won’t get back to you and ask for their cash back if they try to cash chips minus a tax. You have to be good enough with local currency to tell a fake bill from a legit one so you don’t get scammed.

So yes Counting_is_Fun I’ve just taught you something on top of showing humility and respect to fellow counters. Your thrash talk posts don’t do anything other than wasting people’s time. Feel free to reply if there’s anything objective, constructive and positive to say. I’m not going to get into these cat fight exchanges.

Forgot to mention most Mexican casinos won’t take cash from you at the table... you have to go to the cage and buy chips there. In the heat of a loss, most ploppies are desperate to keep playing and buy chips for cash from other players. Yes, they don’t even consider that also some casinos will tax you even more if you cash chips this way. For whatever reason. I don’t know about this particular Casino, but I went to one right at the heart of PV downtown and I wasn’t willing to deal with ploppies, only one table open and it was completely full.
