Double 9-11 only rule impact on Score

The game in question is 2deck, H17 DAS. Penetration is 1.5 decks, depending on the dealer. No mid shoe entry, so it's a play-all approach, but I "take a break" or leave the table if TC reaches -2. I'm playing 1-6 spread. Score for this game would be 62.91 as per BJA3 pg262. But this game also has the double on 9-11 only rule. As per wizardofodds.com, this rule increases the house edge by .12% for the basic strategy player. But how much does this rule hurt the overall Score? Side note - I use HiLo with indexes from -2 to +5. I'm sure there's a sim that can figure this out, but that is not my strong suit. Any info would be appreciated.

DAS helps, but double only 9-11 hurts quite a bit...you can't double any of those soft hands etc. I am not a huge numbers guy so I will let the others respond in detail. But it's nice pen, so not the worst game in the world...I would maybe try to spread a little bit more to try and make up for it if you think you can get away with it. And taking "breaks" when it goes negative will help score a lot.
And obviously be careful if you are using all the indices like splitting tens in this game etc.

You can win with those rules if pen is decent. For a few years, I played the game at a small town casino where they seemed comfortably secure the game could not be beaten. They even told me card counters used large spreads, I didn’t. Besides that rule, they also required double the minimum for the second hand and because it was NMSE, you had to start with two hands (if you wanted to play 2 hands), drop to one.

I used to play heads up, start with two hands ($50, $25), drop to one in negative count, stay with two hands with a max bet of 2 x $125. They used to joke that I was the luckiest BJ player they had seen until they wised up and countermeasures took place, dealing just 1/3 of the DD deck.
