    Ploppy Kindness

Had a pretty unique experience the other day. An older lady was playing the top 3 bets next to me at a table, and she asked if she could also play mine. I said go ahead. She then proceeded to give me a bit of her winnings every time she hit the top 3 bet. $5, $5,.....$50! I basically was receiving risk free commission at the table. It's safe to say I stayed at that table as long as the lady was sitting next to me. Anyone else have any similar experiences?

I have had people play my bonus spots for sure, but they have not paid me to do so. I have been "tipped" several times by other players for humoring their superstitions. The best was a guy tossing me a green chip for giving him a free run at the table with a negative count. Another guy paid me to not cash in at a craps table during a hot roll. I was just looking and wasn't even going to play!

Yea I will actually offer the person next to me to play my side(sucker) bet in hopes it hits and they throw me a red chip or two.

A high roller betting purple asked me not to surrender and paid my bet anytime I had a surrender hand. It didn't matter if I won or lost, he tossed me the amount of the bet first and told me to play out the hand. I added a few more surrenders to my strategy. Please don't judge.

I'll add that this was on the main floor and my base bet was $25.

"I'm going to surrender my 12 v 7. Do you want to pay me to play it out?"

That's not a surrender with a match play coupon, but it is one with a funny chip.

You guys are missing my point. I had a friend who actually made this kind of play. High roller next to him would buy any hand he wanted to surrender, whether or not it was the correct play. As long as he indicated he would surredner, the guy would buy the hand.

I once saw an insane Japanese man throw (*throw,* not toss) a chip about 3-4 meters at some Russian hooker (he is known to give girls chips) and nail some Chinese guy in the nuts. He just pointed and laughed at him and said "babo, babo hahaha" (Korean casino, in Korean it means stupid). It's Asia, so everyone just keeps their head down and looks after their own. I've seen a women get hit by a car in broad daylight amongst 50+ people in a crosswalk in the middle of Taipei and only 3 people willing to check on her.. All Westerners. Go figure, who hasn't seen all kinds of ridiculous shit in a casino? You have the biggest degenerates in all of society gathered in one place.

I have a very motivational one...

When I was in my red chipping days, I had a good run at a week in Vegas and decided to try my luck at the HL room at TI. I requested to lower the minimum to $25 and they let me play.

So then a high roller came and got a marker for $30K... he waited for me to finish the show. I started to get owned, I lost like 20 betting units at a higher minimum which was more than all my winnings so far. Long story short I played one shoe with him and he cashed out $90K in a span of a shoe. I wonged out as the count got from neutral to TC -3. I said... “man one of your bets is more than I brought for the whole weekend”. He colored up and asked the dealer for $400 in blacks. As he walked out he threw the chips to me and said “here you go buddy”...

He totally fixed my weekend, it also thought me never to change spreads until I have the bankroll to do so.

So did he start selling any -EV hand, threatening to surrender stuff like 17 v 10?
