    The page 213 floored numbers were generated by Norm, using the Beat to Death setting in CVData. So, to our minds, they are the most accurate available. Those 12 numbers are all tossups as to whether to use the higher or lower numbers. I wouldn't worry about them at all.

    To begin with, the five in the center column of page 213 of BJA3, after the slash. In general, plays involving doubles vs. 6 and ace, and surrenders vs. ace.
