The $500 bets should only be reserved for his max bets in the 1 to 4 spread.

I know everyone at the casino so they think I’m still a ploppy. I went last night and flat bet tc 2 and better into the next morning and nobody said a word to me about. I’ve been hungover all day and I’m trying to feel better so I can go back tonight.

I‘ve been getting a ton of hours in. It’s no big deal to me. I’d spend 8-12 hours at a time playing blackjack as a ploppy for many days in a row. Sometimes I would play even longer and not go home for days. I get rooms comped so if I get tired I just go crash. A few times I had to get clothes comped from the gift shop just so I have some clean clothes to change into. I just got home from the casino. I’m going to pack a bag and head back to hit the tables hard for the next several days. I’ll keep y’all posted.

    Proud of your addiction, huh?

There is more to life than doing your schedule but if you get high, it’s your life.

No. I don’t have an addiction. That’s just putting in some work. Maybe when I was a ploppy it was an addiction. Anyway, something bad just happened. The shift manager said he got a call and I can’t bet how I’ve been betting anymore. He said I can still bet $500 per hand but I can’t skip rounds anymore and if I skip a round I have to wait until the next shoe to bet. I told him I didn’t want to bet that way and he said either I do it or I can’t play at all. I’ve known the guy for about 7 years since he started working there. I thought he was my friend but I guess not. He gave me some BS that it wasn’t his decision. So what do I do now? I guess I have no choice. I’ll just have to go back to being a ploppy.

It was an absolute certainty that this would happen; the only question was how soon.

You were terribly naive to think that you could continue doing what you were doing. And even more naive to think that any casino personnel were your "friends." You take their money, they're going to react. Period. Did you think they were there to be your personal ATM?

Anyway, you're done there. Move on. And learn.

There are no "friends" on the pit side of the table. Only warm banter to keep a pleasant atmosphere, and to get you to let down your guard. Be pleasant on your side and keep your guard up.

I think he will now try a 50 to 1 spread on a $10 unit.

Live and learn. I don’t have any other casinos around here and I’m not willing to travel for the game. I thought I’d try going in this afternoon and playing a few shoes after the shift manger went home. I told the dealer to deal me out for a few rounds. Then shortly after I was back in it betting the way I like to bet. It was only about 40 minutes later and the day shift manager comes over to the table and asks if he can have a word with me away from the table. I assume it was because he didn’t want the ploppies to hear. He told me the same thing I was told this morning. I got a little agitated and he called security. They came up acting all tough and tell me to “call it a day”. So they basically kicked me out. I’ll try again tomorrow on swing shift. Maybe I’ll have better luck. If they don’t settle down they’re going to lose a 16 year customer.

You're the type of guy asking for a beating. Are you nuts or a troll? I very rarely seat on the casino side but when I see a moron like you....

I don’t understand why you would take the casinos side. I thought we were all on the same team here. How am I nuts and why would you side with the casino?

You're a shame to the AP community. You have no clue how to win "correctly" at this game. Barred and trespassed is all you deserve.
