    Online, Live-Dealer Blackjack

    Hello all,

As many of you know, I am known for believing I have developed winning blackjack strategies that seem to work with very small sample sizes. Also, I don’t have the bankroll to test these strategies out. As such, I don't have any online accounts and, further, wouldn't know where to begin in terms of being knowledgeable about minimums required to open an account, deposit and withdrawal issues, minimum bets, best times to play, bonuses, scams to avoid, etc.

    Let the lambasting begin:

I have a couple of non-counting, non-progression strategies I would like to test with online, live-dealer blackjack games. Are any of you online players who play against a live dealer who uses a manual (not a machine) shuffle, preferably head-to-head? My thought was that you could play as usual with me watching via a camera or a medium like Face Time. I could then make predictions over the phone about when I believe you will win the next round. At this point, no wagering based on my predictions would take place. The purpose of the process of me making predictions is to get some feel as to how well the two strategies might work. For instance, correctly guessing zero wins will give me information. On the other hand, if I can consistently predict a win at a rate considerably greater than can be expected by chance, then perhaps that will provide me with information as well. I realize the sample size will be very small, and most of you believe that, as such, any conclusions drawn from such a sample will be meaningless. At the very least, though, perhaps I can learn more about my strategies.

Finally, I am firmly of the belief that sims designed to mimic a manual casino shuffle are inaccurate (no offense, Norm).

Granted, any findings would be tentative due to the small sample size.

I don't wish to continue this thread going back and forth about issues like how non-counting strategies won't work, how small samples are meaningless, how manual shuffles can be simmed, etc.

Any interested parties can reach me at [email protected].

    Thanks!

Why don't you simply deal to yourself on your kitchen table and track the results?

Thanks for the reply, Don. That is how I developed the strategies. And I have tested them using YouTube recorded sessions of online casino play as well as sites like "Never Split 10s." I am just wanting more support for the strategies and, hopefully, eventually a financial backer of sorts.

Forget about a financial backer. That is why this discussion is on the voodoo pages.

OK, my feelings are officially hurt. Why was the discussion moved to the Voodoo pages?

Don, you wrote something to the effect of the discussion being moved because I am eventually wanting a financial backer? Is that right? But there is no mention of wanting a financial backer in my original post, which is what was moved. My original post is about someone letting me watch their online play, etc. I am trying to see if I can replicate (support) my original findings.

I already told you by email. Indeed, your post stated: "I don't wish to continue this thread going back and forth about issues like how non-counting strategies won't work, how small samples are meaningless, how manual shuffles can be simmed, etc."

Well, if you don't want to discuss, then stop trying to get us to discuss.
