Sure Glad I'm Not on a Blackjack Trip This Weekend

Looks like winter has come to portions of the U.P.

I have lived in 8 states, 23 cities and over 31 residences (apartments, town houses, homes) over the last 50 years, and I just can’t understand how you can live in one such cold place for so long. Great admiration, though.

See how pretty the snow looks with the leaves not all off the trees yet.

Having lived 5 years in Michigan, 7 years in upstate New York, an year in South Dakota, I have experienced some snow. It does snow where I live. Yes, it looks nice but leaves fall off, snow gets heavier, etc. When the leaves are still on trees, things look nice but the 4 months of leaves on trees does not compensate for all of then falling out and you gotta wait 6+ months for them to return. For me, depression sets in.

its one thing to go on a ski vacation, get the snow but living...ugh!

I must admit this gave me a chuckle. However, I know if I was betting anything larger than red chip I wouldn't have a place to play for long. I know $25 to $200 would not be tolerated very long. Besides some of these casinos only have $100 as max bet. You could not get a big enough spread to play anything but red. There is no stress at playing at the red chip level because the most you will probably lose is around $1,500. Of course the amount you will win is also limited.
