    EV Vs. CE

What is the difference between EV and CE? In this example EV would be worth $120.92/Hr. and CE is a fraction of that at $12.49/Hr. Does this mean that the bankroll size is too small for this game? Is the idea to get a bankroll where EV and CE align?

    Regards....

Ideally, CE should be half of win rate. If it's below that, your risk is higher than you want. This stat is for the math wonks. You can look up the definition of certainty equivalence.

It's basically the guaranteed amount of money that you should take instead of playing the game.

CE is king IMO. EV? what is that? Example EV of baccarat dragon is $ 60 ( like a shoe) for a $100 bet , i will take $25 EV from bj cause higher CE. Then compare $500 free play vs $900 EV of BJ . I would take $500 free play . Then if you give me $250 to not go to the casino where i can make $600 EV , i would take your $250 any day . But if the Ev of Bj is $1200 and i get to play a lot( 500 hour plus) then maybe i would change my mind provided i don't need a very big bankroll to play it.

SCORE is related to CE and is more understandable. Most folk don't think in terms of CE as they are choosing between games, not professions. I include the stat for completeness.
