Indices for Early Surrender and ES10

I wonder, how I can find out in general (for all counts) the indices for the Early Surrender Rule and for the ES10 Rule (early surrender but only vs. a Ten)

in CVCX I cannot find it out.. it provides only Late Surrender.

Wong’s Professional Blackjack has indices for hi lo and halves, somewhere around page 62 or so. I’d be more exact on page number, but I’m a long way from home.

No bad estimation, Freightman. I have just looked it up at home - Early Surrender is on page 90/91.

There should be something relevant as well on or around page 62.

No, on page 62 is Table 15 "Double Down, Not Last Chance, S17" for Doubling Down on any number of cards.
The whole chapter around page 60 is on doubling down.

(I have the 1994 edition, which is the newest I think).

I’ll check it out when I get home in a few days.

Not meaning to bust your chops, but if you find all the indices for early surrender, in general, do you figure they won't include ES10??

Oops you're right .. nevertheless it seems difficult to find the indices for early surrender for all counts. I was hoping I can find something online.
At least for the Hi-Lo there seem to be indices

I was just thinking.... if I don't get the early surrender deviations.... what about just for the early surrender to use the basic strategy charts?
Would that be a big difference in terms of EV?

Why are you saying "for all counts"?

He supposedly means the surrender index tables for the most common counting systems, like Hi-Lo, Zen etc.

Yes.. exactly this ... It's not, that I want to learn all index tables of all counting systems... but I want to know where they are in case once I want to use it.

You're not going to find this readily available anywhere. There is no central depository (I've been thinking about it!) of all indices for all counts, and it would be even harder to find the early surrender ones, since the rule has become so uncommon.
