I started in fall of 2017. Had a nice little start, then the losing started in April of 2018. Its been over 100 hours now and well over a year. I thought maybe the losing had subsided with 3 decent outings out of the last 4. Then I got my ass kicked at Mountaineer this past weekend. While walking out of the casino, for the first time I really started to question whether this works. Isn't the definition of insanity doing something over and over again, and expecting different results? Every session seems to be the same; I'm doing OK until the count gets positive. The "better" the TC, the worse the results. Then I get pissed. Rather than try to get back the lost money, I leave at that point. I'm going to take a break for a while because my attitude toward counting cards is negative right now.
