For those in the area, what’s the better trip

Fly to Windsor, play Windsor, Detroit, Sarnia, back to Windsor fly home
Fly to Ottawa, play Ottawa and Gatineau, fly home
Fly to Kitchener/Waterloo to Casinorama, down to Niagara Falls and Buffalo
Fly to Hamilton, drive to Niagara Falls, Buffalo, maybe to Sarnia, if so to London, to Hamilton, fly home.

Sorry guys, don’t have current CBJN, and want to plan a November trip tomorrow. I have good prior reports on Gatineau, don’t know much about Hard Rock Ottawa, and I don’t have current info on Buffalo Detroit. Any info, good or bad, is appreciated.

Safety is important, thinking about Buffalo, Detroit.

Do you have a throw away email? I could send you info for one of your desired locations.

I just checked CBJN. It doesn't look like there are any double deck games east of Winnipeg in Canada. On paper Detroit's games look good as listed in CBJN. Of course, the s17 games have $50 and $100 min. Last CBJN report on Detroit is from June 2019.

Guess the difference between this thread and one of MWP's trip planning threads is this one will really happen.

Do not care, if it’s there, it’s there. 6d is my preferred.

Either there, or to somewhere I know. If the info is late, then I can plan for a further trip. New York area Sept 1 for 1 week, though wife is with me, and I’m only planning 1 session, Sept flying trip is firm, October driving trip is firm, and depending on this or that, I’ll throw in a couple if driving trips and possibly a quick fly trip if there’s a sale price.

Likely full retirement vs semi retirement by end of year, so ive told my remaining client base. Then I’ll change m6 modus operandi.

Think I’ll make that trip in the new year once I’ve fully retired. Make it longer, see some family on my fathers side and my wife’s side.

I’ll find somewhere else to fly to in November - I have a couple of ideas. Like MWP, I have my quirks. Besides my regular Westjet dollars, Westjet has bumped my account $50, which I have to take advantage of my midnight tonight.

For you Canucks, Elite Westjet MasterCard costs $119 per year. A welcome $250 was put into my Westjet account. My banking package reduced the annual fee to $80, and Buying gas at Petro Canada reduces charges by $.03 per litre - which equates it zero cost per year. An annual companion pass Used by my wife) for $99 once per year was used to fly to a family event in Toronto last year, and was also used for our New York trip next week. Travel and rental car insurance is included of course. Cash back depending on what is purchased is 1 to 1.5%, which us put into my Westjet account. There’s some other goodies, but I have to look them up.

Now to relook at Westjet for November.
