How are adjustments to strategy made via Illustrious 18

I am looking at the Complete Basic Strategy on CVCX and the rules to hit/stand/dd/split etc make sense. How, though, do I understand how the Illustrious 18 factor into it as a function of the card count? The Display Tables button shows these reaction charts but they do not show any change of strategy as a function of the count changing. Where do I find what should be done when using (for example) the illustrious 18? I assume I'm not to input the differences in strategy by hand into the Complete Basic Strategy tables and create a new user def.

From the main menu on the Blackjack table, select Strategies then Playing Strategies Simple. You currently have a Basic Strategy selected. BS has no count. Select one of the counting strategies. For HiLo, open the Stanford Wong folder and select 1994 Basic HiLo.
