How do you play 2 hands in cvbj simulator??

Does anyone know how to play two hands on the simulator? I am having a great deal of trouble.

Change the betting strategy. There is a column for number of hands.

I did that so that when the TC is > +5 I play 2 hands. But now TC is +7 and there is no option to play a second hand.....Is there anything I am doing wrong?

Is this CVBJ or the mobile app? For CVBJ, there are several methods.

First, make sure you aren't in heads-up mode. If you are, go to Options-Table Format and change to a format with multiple seats.

If there aren't two spots available, go to Options-Seat Selection and make sure there are two spots set to human player.

You can move chips to two spots that say $0. Or, right click and select one of the bets. The bets are created from the betting strategy. Or, go to View-Bet Bar. And there are multiple ways of using the keyboard.
