    Counting Charts (ReKO Counting System)

    Hey Guys!

    I have a question about the counting charts of Reko (or general counting systems).

    I purchased the Casino Verite Software.
    So I entered the rules as I wanted it and then I used the charts of the Reko Counting System.
    When i take a closer look at the tables, then I see the following recommendations:

    11 vs T / 11 vs Ace ---> No Double Down

    BUT

    10 vs T / 10 vs Ace ---> Double Down if count is 2 or higher

    Can someone explain me, how it's possible, that I should Double Down 10 vs Ace if the count is 2 or higher but NOT doing this with 11 vs Ace or 11 vs T ??

    You can use the demo version of CVCX to create a modified version of the strategy, including some rule of surrender.

    What makes you think the OP entered ENHC in the Settings Rules section? He doesn't mention ENHC. And even if he did, ENHC would certainly nor recommend doubling down on 10 vs. 10 or Ace at a True Count of only 2, since ENHC is more cautious against these dealer upcards since the dealer might reveal a natural at the end of the round.

    Well, something is clearly wrong! The point is, if you don't double 11 vs. 10 and ace, you sure as hell don't double 10 vs. those two cards. The +2 TC is irrelevant.

    Yes, and as I remember, European BS never doubles any start hand vs. dealer 10 or Ace. I am not sure if doubling becomes feasible at any count, but never saw indices for this. Anyway only have seen CSMs and other crappy rules and conditions in Europe so far, rendering counting useless, so I don't bother European play strategy anymore. They destroyed the game here, and even didn't need 6:5 to achieve this.
