I live in Utah and mostly play in casinos on the Nevada state line. However, I grew up in Maryland, and am cosidering the idea of an East Coast Blackjack tour. EX: Fly into BWI, visit my old hometown, and play in casinos. I've heard that AC isn't allowed to kick out counters, but will do things like preferential shuffle. I've heard that Pennsylvania has very player friendly rules as mandated by State law. And I've heard that Maryland casinos mostly suck, but that Horseshoe Baltimore may be worth checking out.
