Damn, I hate when she says that. My answer is how much should I be up before I quit. Should I be up $10, $100, or $1,000. I will admit it is very depressing to be up and then have the game go to hell.

Yeah, my last BJ trip went to hell after being up. The game had decent rules, but only 50% pen. I beat 50% DD games often and earlier in the day with heads up or just another person did fairly well. Then went to eat and took a break only to come back to full table conditions. Three hands and then a shuffle.

When I go on a BJ trip, I go to play. Play will get me comped rooms and food. I was hoping the crowded conditions would die down, but they pretty much lasted until close with this being the peak of tourist season. Now that I'm thinking about it, maybe I should have not played in those less than desirable conditions. However, there is really not any other options. The next closet casino is two hours away. You just have to camp out and hope other folks leave.

I guess for me, I have only six good months of playing conditions. March thru May and Sept thru Nov are good conditions. In summer, all the tourists from down south come north and the winter brings the snowmobilers. Took an off the beaten path and tourists were like locusts in several small summer tourist locations.

Now up to 95 hours of bj playing time for year.
