You may be joking, but I know someone (a distant past former member who has a Sp21 count named for him) who did this. A female PB was hawking his game. he asked her for her phone number and what time she got off work. After that she stayed far away from his table.

Book small losses. Down $100, leave to come back later. In effect, keep winning sessions:losing sessions as close to 50% as possible while ensuring your win sessions dollar amount is greater than you losing sessions. When pit is looking, place a side bet. Refine your act. When booking a losing session, sometimes ask for a comp. Sometimes explain your decision out loud (I hit that 12 against a bust card cause the ploppy on my left hit got a 10 or too many 10’s on table or hit that 16 cause I do not see small cards).

often, when their interest is piqued, they check your win/loss record.

    cc12b,

But typically the floor first notifies the EITS to watch you.

I would avoid comments on the number of tens or low cards on the table, since this is a giveaway that you might be counting or at least observing the ratio of high vs. low cards.
