Risk of Ruin Calculation - Advice Required

    Hi guys,

I am a newbie on this forum. Years ago I practiced Hi / Lo counting system but used to live in the UK with pretty hostile rules (no surrender, double only on 9,10,11...)
Whenever I got the chance to play in casinos abroad with better rules I pretty much consistently made a profit.

Now I want to get back into this as I have time on my hands. However, there are no casinos where I leave. Nearest casinos (in Europe) are a 3 hour flight away.

These seem the common rules in that country for CSM and regular shoes:

    S17
    EARLY + LATE SURRENDER ALLOWED
RESCUE / SURRENDER AFTER SPLITTING ALLOWED
DOUBLE on ANY 2 and REBOUBLE ALLOWED

SPLIT UP TO 4 ACES (one card only after splitting)

I can count using Hi / Lo system and adjust my bet according to the TC but haven't mastered the BS deviations yet, although I could practice this in about a day I guess.

    Minimum bet is $10

What do you think is my risk of ruin with 300 bets of $10? 3000 USD bankroll?

Can someone advise on budget for each session and optimal betting ramp with this bankroll?

I would like to get CVCX but I have macs only and no PC

    Any help is appreciated.

Years ago rules in the UK were some of the best in the world and the game was eminently beatable so I'm not certain where you were playing. Even today there is one casino which has possibly the most beatable game in the world. And, no I'm not going to divulge it's whereabouts and so should no one else if they know it.

I played in the UK in 2002 - 2003 and I was only playing in the local casinos in Manchester.

I now live in the middle east and I will be traveling to Eastern Europe. They seem to have better rules than in western Europe and still a few regular shoes.
