    Again I agree Freightman

    Here is the RBC website:
    https://www.rbcbank.com/cross-border...lack-card.html
"No U.S. Credit Score or Address Required
We’ll use your Canadian credit history—and any RBC relationship you have—to qualify you for your card."

But Mlife will NOT us your Canadian history, as it it is issued by First Bankcard®, a division of First National Bank of Omaha, ...

Anyways, I have never been able to successfully apply for US credit cards over the years. I am not talking about a Canadian Bank, or it US subsidary. If you have managed to get a US card from mLife without a US address I am even more impressed with your skills than I already was, but I just attempted again (twice...second time logged in as my wife) online and the MGM website would not transfer me and gave a generic error about being unable to submit information....which I believe is because their is a province and postal code, instead of a state and zip code in my mLife profile

Here it is from TD, since I bank with them and am more familiar with where to find things. If you open the legal tab, and look at note 4, the credit card is actually issued from TD Canada Trust, while the bank account is from TD Bank N.A. - their wholly owned US sub

"4 Credit Card issued by TD Canada Trust, subject to credit approval and other conditions."

The other issue for Canadians, is when using a CAD credit card in the USA or other countries, you get hammered on bank charges. As a Canadian using a USD credit card issued from a US bank, it is a shipload cheaper on bank fees, as well as no excessive currency exchange fees. We were in Mexico earlier this year, charging in pesos, converted to USD, the equivalent of USD 2500. The currency conversion fees from pesos to USD was really really cheap.

Wife will not eat buffet - She has celiac disease and everything is cross contaminated with gluten in the buffet
Need the rental car for Grand Canyon, Laughlin, Colorado river part of the trip.
Have free/deeply discounted ticket to Cirque Love, Nathan Burton and Tourney of Kings so that part is done.

Will definitely be playing early morning while the girls sleep
Laughlin sucks. The games are awful, and the city is ugly. Don't waste your time.

You are correct. A few TR properties have good to great games. They are, however, few and far between.

And while TR isn't a huge cash cow, the comps are better than average to really good, and they are nationwide. You can almost always find a TR property to use as your base, and then play nearby at other casinos.

Are there any playable games in Laughlin? Won't be playing there much, but we are going to be staying there for a couple of days. Going to take a Jet boat to Lake Havasu, go to Oatman, some Route 66 site seeing, and then on to the Grand Canyon.

Within a wasteland, they’re often pearls of joy. Given the right circumstances, a day in Laughlin is not such a bad thing. Further, invisibility as part of the geriatric crowd.

Dance for the old ladies, let them put bills in your belt, and have fun.

Playable games in Laughlin? Lol. No. There's plenty on 6:5 6 and 8 deck, and you can find H17 DD with one deck pen and no RSA. Oh, and 1D with NDAS, NRSA, four rounds.

I have been there VERY recently, I suspect the CBJN reporter hasn't been there in 10 years.

    The jet skiing looks fun.

With all due respect that is meaningless.

I recently got crushed on a sweet S17 DD with RSA, SURR and deep pen, but beat the pants off a H17 6D SURR no RSA.

Objectively the first game was better. Just because you won doesn't mean it's a great game.

Frankly I don't care if people go to Laughlin or not. I promise you I'm not trying to protect some honey hole. I have a different purpose for going there as frequently as I do, but it isn't the blackjack.

I agree. One trip is meaningless. However, I don't think Laughlin is as bad as you make it out to be, but I haven't been there since 2017.
