    Hope this helps!

Far from a losing streak. On a extended winning streak.

    cc12b,

New Jersey and Missouri have such laws on their books. Louisiana recently passed such a law as well, but so far the casinos have been ignoring it :-(

In case you have failed to fathom what you are being told; it matters not what the law states,
as that is trumped by the "innkeeper's law" - that permits the owner/staff of an establishment
such as a restaurant, tavern, hotel, etc. that is open to the public to bar a patron without cause.

The same subject of backed off or 86. When casino told you "Mr. X, we welcome you to our casino and you can play any game but you are too good for our blackjack game " How do you you feel? Proud as got recognition or fell lousy because not good at camo?

my confusion over this is how do you allow them to trespass you? trespasses is a formal document that comes via certified mail (at least for me)....get the tap? pocket chips, listen for a min (actually while i'm heading for the door)...and leave....yes, I have had security tell me, "you need to come to the office", smile, ignore them and exit quickly

Not necessary. A verbal trespass is binding, as is a trespass sent by certified mail with acceptance refused.

An exception to this is dependent on your bet levels. If you are less than black chips then most will be a backoff. The higher these denominations might go, the higher the probability of trespass.

Remember, these are "game protection" moves and the red/green chippers can't do much damage. The black/purple/yellow guys are dangerous.

Also note that the size of the balckjack action (# tables) plays a roll, a casino with 3 tables will sweat smaller numbers than the store with 90 tables. Just do the math from their side.

I am a red/green chipper and was trespassed first offense at a 10 table casino. Plus I had a large losing session.

That explains it all right there. You are talking in the past tense. You already showed them plenty about how you play. Do you think it matters to the eye upstairs if on that day you were losing most of your large bets? It does not. What does matter is when you MADE THOSE BIGGER BETS. Besides why chance ruining a decent win day on you for the casino? The points being once your losses are in the chip tray it is no longer yours and does not buy you any extra time, at least for that day. Plus it stands out where most ploppies would have already headed for the exits defeated much earlier.

Pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered. What a dope on a losing session.
