Certainly can. Just don't know how comfortable I am finding myself in the same post, being compared to Moses! :-)

Not the only problem in that post! :-) But, it's the thought that counts!

From the technical or "legal" stand point, the casino is correct in that the chips in the circle represent the bet, no matter how they were stacked or not. But it is not a customer friendly service.
This actually happened to me some years back.
I was talking to a couple of critters at the same time as I was making a buy in. Dealer puts my buy in in the square. I’m still talking to the critters, have not yet touched my chips, and for that matter, have not yet noticed the chips. Dealer begins to deal, with my entire buy in on th3 square.

Ruling was that it was a legit bet. I was somewhat pissed.

    I don’t care what anyone says - it’s still a classic.

Or was I the wuss, and should I have fought harder?
The next time put a $100 in the circle and another $100 exactly behind it but still in the circle and see what happens. If you are told that it is a $200 bet and if you lose the hand ask if the casino allows back lining if they say no ask for $100 back. If you are refused and they say you were in fact not back lining as if such a rule did exist would require more than a single person to participate. Kindly show them a split personality side of you.

Yeah, that’s the ticket. Great advice Bosox. Make sure you draw as much attention to yourself as possible. Lol. This is the goal of every AP...not.

Depends if it's Moses, the mountain climber, or moses, the delusional pretend BJ player who talks to himself.

Yes, important distinction. I'm OK with comparison to the first. :-)

I was going to mention this also, but figured Norm would give me a scolding for mentioning Moses on his site so decided not to.
