    HiLo Full Indicies

I am a player who (currently) does not use playing deviations. I use a simple HiLo counting method and straight basic strategy. Is it appropriate to use "HiLo Full indices" option in CVCX for bankroll management? Additionally, does my basic strategy fall under "complete" basic strategy or another, since I do not use deviations?

    Thanks in advance.

No, because you don't have the same edge playing BS. You would be overbetting.

BS is BS. It doesn't come in varieties! (Yes, there is composition-dependent vs. total-dependent, but the difference isn't worth discussing.)

At least learn the important indices to use.

means that you will never play with a decent
    advantage.

At least learn the correct spelling of "Schlesinger."
To ignore my suggestion, would likely earn the ire of DS.

I've given up trying to correct all the misspellings of my name over the years. Thanks for pointing this out, but, in the end, it's the thought that counts! :-)
