Is Colorado worth a trip for BJ (not sightseeing).

Frontier airlines is offering a $25 one way trip from my city to Denver. Car rental is available this month for about $35 a day. I am trying to finalize a trip (or change flights to some other destination, likely Las Vegas). If with expenses for a trip limited to under $500, a 3-4 day trip might be worth it.

Anyone who plays regularly there, please pm me or respond about conditions there.

I assume you know that the maximum bet in Colorado is only $100.

I remember that, thinking at the time that a casino can't even make enough money to sustain table games at that level.

Another funny such place is Deadwood, where a red-chip bettor is a high roller. I went there years ago to play a carnival game that provided a healthy edge with the right situation, which was provided by many dealers. When I bet the then-table max of $100 from chips I'd stockpiled from a different dealer, the new dealer said, " Sir, did you know that black chips are $100. You accidentally put it in the betting circle; do you want change?" Apparently she hadn't seen a black-chip bettor before, though judging from the "quality" of her dealing style, she would soon see many. Sadly, in those days (maybe still do), Deadwood dealers rotated in 20-minute segments.

George C used to practice in Colorado couple of decades ago at those $5 tables. They also had a couple ES tables back then. The casinos that did that went bankrupt.

Yes but playing a 1-10 spread in 6 deck game, occasionally playing 2 hands of $100 each, a DD spread of 1-4, it should be possible to win some over expenses
