What's another half foot of snow when I still have over a foot of snow in my back yard. This storm is going south of the U.P. and I doubt if we will see any snow from it. However, right now the temp is below freezing so if with get any precip its going to be in the form of snow.

The old folks use to say if we get a thunder storm before the leaves are on the trees it means more snow. The leaves won't be on the trees until about May 15th.

Damn old. My Dad use to tell this to me and he claimed to have heard it from the old folks. But here is a little secret. It is not unusual to see snow until the leaves are on the trees so we still have about two weeks to go.
