    No one mentioned the cut-card effect, which is much more likely to account for the difference between a sim's result and those from BJA3, Appendix C than any interactions between rules. I am altogether certain, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that no rules interactions will cause a 0.03% difference in the situation being described. But, the CCE easily can and does.

    For House edge, means cards shuffle after each round, no cut card effect . . .no ?
