No I am not aware of this happening up to this point. Upon first back off, the casino notifies the gaming commission who will hold a hearing an notify you by mail. If you do not show up you lost the chance and are now considered blacklisted. They will list you on their website and possibly in the newspapers if they can not reach you first. All your real problems will then start if you then return to play blackjack again.

Its just my opinion that Harrah's will be willing to spend much more than the 80k at stake in legal fees to fight this. If they really want to fight, it may take years to settle.

If you do what I mentioned earlier in this thread, you WILL hear from them.
If you decide to pay sign holders, you type up a paper with all the facts. Also on that paper you put a copy of the receipt for your 80k in chips (Blur out personal info). You then make a stack of copies of this paper and have the folks holding the signs distribute them out when people ask about the details (Because people will ask, and you don't want the folks holding the signs attempting to explain the situation.)

You probably don't want to give the casino a heads up that you will be doing this. Once you are out there, they will probably contact you. When they do you tell them something along the lines of this:

"I am going to exercise my 1st amendment rights. I am putting $5,000 towards this cause, and more if needed. I am paying my supporters (sign holder) $50 per day. My 5k will take them to 100 DAYS! I plan to be calling the news media, newspapers, and developing a social media page for the cause..."

You don't want to say anything that will be perceived as extortion/blackmail. Let them be the ones that bring up paying you your money in exchange for removing the sign holders.

See, normally people that try this towards a business will do this themselves and get tried after a couple hours. It then becomes a cat and mouse game with the business you are protesting. If you are paying someone its an entirely different story.

Then once the sign holders are out there, you have everyone you know call the casino as if they are a customer that saw the sign holders and say something to the effect of "I was coming to your property, however I see customers protesting over not getting paid. What is this about? I think I will take my business elsewhere." The higher value player you can convince them you are, the better. Then after that have these same people call every member of upper management at Harrah's that you can find a number for.

I really can not think of a better place other than a casino to do this to. You are FORCING them to act, and from experience they WILL ACT.

I am facing another bogus charge from another casino that I have to fight. I doont have 100 days just to waste and this casino is about 170 miles from a good homeless population its in the boondocks. I am justs going to attack from a computer and go to all the papers and also tell any ap some advanced moves if they want to destroy this casino. Im going to hit them where it hurts. I think they may be cheating on main floor something is just not right with those games on weekends man. I know that sounds ploppyish and I have no proof of that but I been doing this long enough to know when something is scketchy. Also the complete lack of heat on the main floor versus how they sweated me in high limit when they knew it was me was a tell tale sign as well. I was only going 2x800s and they have 1500 limits on main floor. So they would sweat me in high limit a tad and no one would care or bat an eye on the main floor where the asms are. They would only sweat handshuffled a little bit. There is a very unique play there and if ur could and clean name u can make a lot.

I haven't been to Cherokee for a while, but I recall a pretty rundown town nearby. There must be people there looking to make a few bucks.

fuck it ill post it here.

you can see the cards face up before the shuffle, at a dead game they lay the cards face up (to prove there all there, another reason why I think they cheat, why do they have to prove anything. They used to do this at a casino that dealt seconds in aruba to show you the game was legit). Then they do old mgm shuffle with strip. So if you can remember long strings of cards you can pick the right table and destroy them. only good for high limit. max is I think 5k. Fuck them up and if you get heat just walk with your chips don't attempt to cash out.

The first time I did this I posted an ad on Craigslist. It read something to the effect of "Need Sign Holder to protest local business in Gorilla Suit". Keep in mind this was the middle of the summer (100 degrees plus). I had over 30 replies....

I mentioned telling management 100 days, so they know you are not playing around. They will not let it go on that long. What I listed was more of a fine tuned method.

The BOTTOM LINE is to just get someone out there with a sign. I would be shocked if they let it go on for more than 3 days.

Its just a suggestion, and has always worked excellent for me.

The first time I did this, I personally went out there with 3 other people. Within 10 minutes the owner of the establishment pulled up and said, "What do I have to do in order to get you guys out of here?" So yes, at that point the negotiations begun....

I think a few years ago I read on either BJ21 or Blackjackinfo where this guy felt he got cheated at a WI casino. It might have been North Star but can't remember the name for sure. (By the way, I have always been treated well at North Star so was kind of surprised by his claim). I no longer have a paid membership at BJ21 so I can't search for the post, however I think it was more likely I read it at Blackjackinfo.

Anyway, this guy threatened to buy an ad on a billboard and I think he actually did as you are approaching the casino. I think that did the trick and their differences were quickly resolved.

I would say you have some very unfortunate mental illness you should sort out before you worry about gambling, ploppy or professional. It's nothing to be ashamed of - it's an illness you didn't choose just like no one chooses the flu. But you can choose to get better. I wish you well on your endeavors.
