    I answered the question. I don't like to be around unfriendly people, period. And I did not play victim, I was smart enough to know that I was learning even while I felt attacked and I did not quit. Now, I even like some of those who I thought had it in for me. If I thought I would not get rejected, I would have asked them for dinner on one of my Las Vegas trips.

    Generally, in MO the first counter-measure is to reduce the penetration: for example, a DD game with a shuffle every two rounds. Furthermore, the MO casino can put you in OSN, which may cause you difficulties when you try to play elsewhere.

    Similar in NJ, except they can't flat bet you (with one exception). They have to give you a 1-10 spread, so they tell you that you can bet 5-50. Nirvana for MWP The exception is they can flat bet you with at $200 or more. Also, as NJ gaming is less diligent than they used to be, due to budget cuts, some casinos have gotten sleazy and booted people saying they were disruptive.
