    Was your friend already trespassed and went back in? If so how far apart? This sounds a little extreme, ive never heard of APs getting felony charges against them.......

    A lot of respectable people with good jobs and a lot to lose partake in AP. If there was a risk to get a felony or even just misdemeanor as a result i doubt any would still indulge.......

    Yes he was already trespassed. He says he forgot about it, but I doubt it.

    You have to watch what you say to tribal police officers. Many are cross deputized as federal officers and lying to them is like lying to the FBI.

    Don't they need to identify themselves as federal officers, in that case?
