Winning or losing - my point isn’t about any of that- as you can still lose your butt and be a great player.

Just trying to give some thought on an idea- I think with no conversation we don’t move ahead as like-minded players or staticians.

I was entertaining the thought of leaving a 10 stack at home for my practice session loss- how that would affect actual results- as if it was lost an an actual sh..hole, I mean casino.

You mean 10 reds in a row on the roulette wheel doesn't mean black is due?

...yawn. Example: you play at home and log it as normal play, as it is- minus you are not at an actual casino- being that you lost the session you leave “X” at home. No difference than losing it in actual play except for the fact that it’s now out of bankroll and into a private savings- is that not better than losing it in actual play? Common sense says yes. I’m not saying this happens everytime but imagine 6 times a year the difference that alone makes. When I think of some of the larger losing sessions it could be a modest home for some.

The thought of being able to keep some of your losses but it’s not in bankroll anymore- that is all.

    You're comparing apples and oranges.

N0 is the number of rounds on a specific game where you should earn a specific amount. So you sim a game, and figure it's worth $100 an hour. N0 "takes out" or levels the variance, so after that many rounds you should have averaged $100/hour.

Playing at home on the same game doesn't take out of that bucket, because there are no wagers involved--winning or losing wagers.

Plus, you could have good or bad variance in a real life game, and be within a standard deviation of $100/hour, and it's still within the realm of possibility. People have winning streaks and losing streaks, but in reality it's nothing more than variance.

But what if you win? Do you get to somehow magically take that "money" and add it to your bankroll? Nope...cause it isn't really money.

It's really beyond ridiculous for me to be responding to your unspeakable nonsense, but is there some reason why you expect the total result of your home sessions to be negative, thereby "saving" you money by not having played them in a real casino?

For someone claiming to have played serious money for nine years, your thinking is frightening.
