I may be incorrect, but I suspect from your posts you are younger than me. Very few young people smoke, it was much more commonplace among my peers. Maybe that alone explains the difference.

    .
There is a big difference between the stench of a cheap cigar, and the fragrance of a high end cigar. Now granted I can easily tell the difference, though, I do have difficulty discerning between a really good high end cigar, and a really really Hugh end cigar.

Good Cubans cost about $30 a pop, and up to $100 for th3 real top ends. Mind you, I’ve had friends go to Cuba, and bring me back 8 or 9 for CAD 100.

Yes. The Cuban is a more expensive stench.

Now I'm confused! Just when Freightman had castigated me for even thinking of non-nicotine e-cigs for cover--I'm starting to think I should start hi-end cigars for strategic reasons. lol

Usually with 1 or both of my boys. Wine for me, scotch for the youngest, and beer or wine for th3 oldest.

Wife doesn’t mind as long as we are on the deck. This is the extent of my tobacco adventures.

it’s all in your head. You think smoking will buy you cover, so you smoke. You think drinking will buy you cover, so you drink. Your brain is making excuses. You can have cover without these vices. You need to be social and appear to have fun. Alcohol/cigarettes can make this easy, but you know you can do this if you try harder. It will be harder, more stressful, less fun. You have to ask yourself: are you working or gambling?

Me personally, I drink a lot a lot a lot, I don’t want to quit, but I want to cut back. Part of that plan means no drinks at the casino. I’ve done it for the last 5 sessions. Now I realize how boring this game is lol but I’ll tell you I haven’t drawn more heat for not drinking

I scratched my balls, and developed the FBM ASC.

Weird. I only drink when I'm counting. Don't have the agility to master the legendary FBM ASC!

following up on what 21forme said...I smoke but am not an asshole so even at smoking tables I will get up and step back to do so. Usually happens to coincide with a negative TC. Only spreading green though wouldn’t be effective at empty hi limit table

Why not fill a beer bottle with water and walk around drinking that?

I use non-smoking as cover. I just can't stand playing at those damn smoker's tables, well sometimes. I am pretty vocal about it. Certain ploppies really bother me as well, eventually I have had enough. But sometimes I can tolerate them for a while. Sometimes the casino employees even help me find empty tables an tell me when one opens up. I usually hop right up but sometimes I finish the shoe.
