Blazing 7s is a progressive bet in many casino's BJ tables. Its a $5 fixed bet. I think Dr.Jacobson wrote his analysis on Super seven side bet

    https://www.888casino.com/blog/side-...kjack-side-bet

Which is kind of similar to Blazing 7s but different. Hope this article helps you.

Some casinos charge $1. Others charge $5. Some require 3 Sevens of Diamonds for the 100% payout and some require 3 Sevens suited so pay attention. The original wager does not get returned. I have noticed that the progressives get much higher at the casinos that charge $1.

I had a heads up game recently and got dealt 3 Sevens of Diamonds on the second hand of a 6 deck shoe. Since it was so early in the shoe I wouldn't have played it even if I was counting this side bet but it was still painful with the progressive at nearly $40,000.

I was interested in the side bet when I saw it until I saw the small payouts were paid "for 1" instead of "to 1" (the keep your wager and pay you an amount so winnings are the amount less your wager. Then it didn't seem like it was worth running the math. So basically i don't think it is worth it but I really never figured out if that is true.

Three no longer posts here, but he has not passed away, if that was the intent of your post.
